Why Attend

Dr Parjam Zolfaghari
Programme Director, SOA

Dr Shondipon Laha
Congress Director, SOA

We created State of the Art (SOA) in 2001 to unite intensive care professionals from across the globe and facilitate a multi-purpose environment whereby our intensive care community can learn, network, and discover the latest advancements in critical care both through clinical research and technology presented by industry.

Over the years SOA has continued to evolve to reflect the changes in intensive care and as the tide changes, we pride ourselves on our ability to adapt in order to continue providing a unique experience every year to both delegates and industry.

To deliver intensive care, we need an army of people, from our multiprofessional intensive care teams all the way down to the people that help build and provide the machines, the equipment and the medicines that enable us to do our jobs and provide the best quality care to our patients. Never has this been so apparent during the last 12 months as we have fought one of the greatest healthcare challenges in a century.

SOA provides the unique opportunity where industry and the largest gathering of healthcare professionals spanning the breadth of intensive care can come together, celebrate successes, and grow from each other.

SOA is more than a congress; it is a community.

We are excited to see you there!
