As the largest multi-professional intensive care membership organisation in the UK, one of our major priorities is supporting research which advances our specialty.
The COVID-19 pandemic has illustrated more clearly that ever the importance of scientific discovery, and our eight Directors of Research are currently involved in a number of projects focussed on COVID-19 and intensive care.
Thanks to our fundraising efforts we are able to able to offer grants and awards to those embarking on new research proposals.
